Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Mix salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Press seasoned salmon into panko breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated. Lightly spray with olive oil if desired.
- Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, cabbage, avocado, carrots, and top with salmon bites and Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving.
