Cooking Steps

  2. Toss the salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated and let marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Press the seasoned salmon into panko breadcrumbs until well coated on all sides, then spray lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or air-fry until golden brown and crispy, checking for an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Assemble the bowls starting with jasmine rice, followed by the cabbage, avocado, and carrots, topping with salmon bites and Bang Bang sauce.
