  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium Orange segmented
  • 1 medium Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or Pecans toasted
For the Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse mixed salad greens under cold water and dry them. Place them in a serving bowl.
