Step-by-Step Instructions for Candied Pineapple Bites
  1. Start by dicing fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
  2. Combine granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Add the diced pineapple to the syrup and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
