  • 8 ounces Bacon Can substitute with turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese Can substitute with blue cheese or feta
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme 1 teaspoon of dried thyme works in a pinch
For the Coating
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; fresh preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, then chop it.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and honey to create the coating.
  4. Cut refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and coat each piece with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, sprinkling chopped bacon, gorgonzola, and thyme in between layers.
  6. Press down gently to ensure the layers stick together without compacting too much.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and risen, then cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Invert the pan onto a serving plate and serve warm.
