- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, then chop it.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and honey to create the coating.
- Cut refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and coat each piece with the butter mixture.
- Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, sprinkling chopped bacon, gorgonzola, and thyme in between layers.
- Press down gently to ensure the layers stick together without compacting too much.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and risen, then cool for 5 minutes.
- Invert the pan onto a serving plate and serve warm.
