Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, 2% milk, malted milk powder, vanilla syrup, and cocoa powder. Use a handheld milk frother to beat the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until it doubles in volume.
  2. Make your cold brew coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for about 12-24 hours in the fridge. Once brewed, strain into a clean pitcher.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour cold brew coffee until about three-quarters full. Add a splash of vanilla syrup and stir gently.
  4. Spoon the chocolate cold foam on top of the cold brew coffee and serve.
