Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine frozen rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl and spread the mixture in the casserole dish.
  3. Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
  4. Cut cold butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the rhubarb filling.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
