  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored) Can substitute with homemade stuffing
  • 1-2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, diced Rotisserie or leftover chicken can be used
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom or celery
  • cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables No need to thaw
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic, minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the chicken filling into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to the package instructions and then spoon it over the chicken mixture, covering it completely.
  5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until edges are golden brown and chicken temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Allow the casserole to cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
