Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Hamburger Stroganoff
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat over medium and add ground beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour to create a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
