  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme Chopped for garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For searing the chicken

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika to the skillet until well combined.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet and toss it in the sauce for 1-2 minutes until well-coated and heated through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and thyme. Serve with lemon wedges.
