- Marinate the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of jerk sauce and ¼ teaspoon of adobo seasoning. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté marinated shrimp in a hot pan with oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp.
- In the same pan, sauté crushed garlic and chopped capsicum peppers for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and remaining jerk sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add cheeses, stirring until melted. Fold in cooked penne and shrimp, heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the pasta topped with additional cheese and green onions, and enjoy!
