Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring to mix well with the beef.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and uncooked pasta. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower heat and cover, simmer for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce is creamy, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is al dente, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until fully combined. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
