- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink. Fold in crab meat and season. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until creamy.
- Layer in the baking dish: Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and repeat layers.
- Finish with a layer of noodles topped with Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
