  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles No-boil noodles for convenience.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat Fresh lump crab preferred.
For the Sauce and Creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half.
  • 15 ounces Alfredo Sauce Homemade or store-bought.

  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional.
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Fresh grated.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Optional.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink. Fold in crab meat and season. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until creamy.
  6. Layer in the baking dish: Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and repeat layers.
  7. Finish with a layer of noodles topped with Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
