Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with the Cajun oil mixture and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once the salmon is done, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then drizzle with Avocado Lime Sauce and garnish with cilantro.
