- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until well combined and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Transfer the cooked salmon bites to a platter and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
