Step-By-Step Instructions

  2. Press the firm tofu for about 15 minutes to remove moisture, then cut into 1-inch wide strips.

  4. Dip each tofu strip into the honey mustard mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs mixtured with garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Arrange the coated tofu strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
