  3. Take your pita bread and cut each piece in half to create pockets.
  4. Lightly brush the outside of each filled pita pocket with olive oil.
  5. Place the stuffed pitas on the preheated grill or pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Once grilled, let them cool for a minute before cutting and serving.
