  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika is optional
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds or poppy seeds as a substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with fresh herbs, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Layer two sheets of phyllo dough, brushing the top layer with olive oil and covering the remaining sheets with a damp cloth.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo dough into 4-inch wide strips.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of the feta mixture on one end of each phyllo strip, fold sides over filling, and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving warm.
