Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate a medium-sized zucchini and squeeze out excess water using a kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mashed sweet potatoes, and coconut flour.
  4. Shape the mixture into small tot shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dip.
