  • 4 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for dairy-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth.
  2. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  3. Coat the inside of each Portobello cap with the garlic butter, then layer with mozzarella slices and diced tomatoes.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, sprinkle with basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
