  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Raw Honey Can substitute with agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Vital Proteins Grass Fed Gelatin Traditional gelatin can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 heaping cup of water. Add 1/2 cup of dandelion petals and steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk in 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw honey until dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of gelatin into the tea and whisk until dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into the molds and let set for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
