Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling 1 heaping cup of water in a small saucepan. Once boiling, add 1/2 cup of freshly picked dandelion petals to the water and steep for 15 minutes.
  2. With your dandelion tea still warm, whisk in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of raw honey. Stir continuously until the honey completely dissolves into the tea.
  3. Gradually sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Vital Proteins Grass Fed Gelatin into the sweetened dandelion tea, whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone gummy bear molds, making sure to fill each cavity evenly.
  5. After 20 minutes, check the gummies by gently pressing a corner. If firm, remove them from the molds and store in an airtight container.
