- In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup of non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of PBfit Classic, then blend together until smooth.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. Microwave on high for 15 seconds intervals until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter yogurt mixture in the bowl and gently spread it to evenly cover.
- Sprinkle with chopped unsalted peanuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate layer is firm.
