Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until lump-free.
  2. Pour in milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and peanut butter into the dry mixture. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  4. Place the mug on a paper towel in the microwave and microwave on HIGH for about 90 seconds.
  5. Insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs. If needed, return to the microwave in 10-second intervals.
  6. Allow the mug cake to cool for at least 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy it topped with whipped cream or fruit.
