Cooking Steps
- Spread a generous layer of softened butter evenly over both sides of the large flour tortillas. Make sure to reach all the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each tortilla, covering it completely. Follow with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Carefully stack the two prepared tortillas on top of each other and gently press down to combine.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook the stacked tortillas for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
