For the Coating
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate Melted, can substitute with candy melts.
For Coloring
  • 1 drop Orange Food Dye Used to color the chocolate.
  • 1 drop Green Food Dye Used for decorating the leaves.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Combine brownie mix ingredients in a large bowl, pour into dish, and bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Crumble cooled brownies into a bowl until dough-like. Form small carrot shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave. Divide chocolate and mix in orange food dye. Dip brownie carrots into orange chocolate and set on parchment paper.
  4. Pipe leaves on brownie carrots using green food dye mixed with melted chocolate. Drizzle leftover orange chocolate for texture and let set before serving.
