Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat. Spoon cooled beef mixture onto each tortilla, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to encase the filling.
  7. Brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
