- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat. Spoon cooled beef mixture onto each tortilla, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to encase the filling.
- Brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
