Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for marinade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper cut into cubes any color
  • 1 onion cut into wedges any type
  • 1 zucchini sliced

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare skewers by threading marinated chicken and vegetables onto them.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove the kabobs from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
