- Begin by placing 4 Earl Grey teabags in a heatproof jug. Carefully pour 4 cups of boiling water over the teabags and let them steep for 4-5 minutes.
- After steeping, gently remove the teabags. While the liquid is still warm, add honey to taste, stirring until it fully dissolves.
- Allow the sweetened tea mixture to cool to room temperature, about 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooled, mix in 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Earl Grey Lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with slices of lemon and orange and add a sprig of mint if desired.
