Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop the celery and cabbage under cool water, then chop the celery into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage finely.
  2. Slice the mango and avocado into cubes, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine these in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the green onions and chop the fresh dill. Add to the bowl with the fruits.
  4. In the bowl, combine the celery, cabbage, mango, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and green onions, and toss gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and sea salt until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and gently toss again to combine.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste.
