Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced red bell pepper, jalapeño, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until tender.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese and cheddar-jack cheese until melted and creamy. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Spoon the filling into each tortilla and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Heat 3–4 cups of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until reaching 350°F. Fry the wraps for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the fried wraps onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and your favorite dipping sauce.
