  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt Regular salt can be used, but adjust to taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing your 2-3 pounds of steak in a shallow container or a zip-top bag. Pour in the mixture of 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 3 minced garlic cloves, 4 stems of fresh oregano leaves, and 2 teaspoons of kosher salt. Seal the container or bag and refrigerate it for 1 to 8 hours.
  2. While the steaks are marinating, preheat your grill to high heat for about 10-15 minutes. Once it’s hot, adjust the temperature down to medium-high to ensure even cooking.
  3. Take the marinated steaks out of the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates and cook for 4-7 minutes on each side, depending on the desired level of doneness.
