Method
 

Instructions for Flavorful Firecracker Hot Dogs
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ¼ cup of sriracha, 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of one lime, and ¼ cup of mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Taste and adjust flavors as needed; set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and grill the hot dogs for 7-9 minutes, turning every couple of minutes until nicely browned.
  3. While the hot dogs are grilling, toast the buns cut side down on the grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Place each grilled hot dog into its toasted bun and drizzle the firecracker sauce over the top.
