  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Fresh.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the cod fillets to the bowl and gently toss until coated.
  4. Spread the cod bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the cod bites hot with the creamy lemon herb dip. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
