- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place halibut fillets on it.
- Press the crust mixture onto each halibut fillet about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, allow to rest, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
