  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh for strongest flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter Unsalted recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin works best.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place halibut fillets on it.
  4. Press the crust mixture onto each halibut fillet about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to rest, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
