  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter or substitute olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil add more melted butter if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice plus extra for serving
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place halibut fillets on the prepared sheet with space between them.
  4. Press the crust mixture over each halibut fillet, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Bake the halibut for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
