Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Next, toss in 1 pound of shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, around 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  2. Once the shrimp is cooked through, add 2 cups of broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir gently to combine with the shrimp and garlic, then cover the skillet with a lid. Let it steam for about 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet vibrant green.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Stir everything together until the cheese melts.
