Preparation Steps
  1. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board, place ham and cheese inside, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Whisk together the egg and flour mix or mayo and Dijon in a shallow dish. Dip the chicken in the mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, and stir in mustard and Parmesan until creamy.
  5. Remove chicken from oven, let rest, slice, and serve with creamy sauce.
