Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt opt for plain yogurt for control over sweetness
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter substitute with almond or cashew butter if desired

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and ½ cup of peanut butter. Stir well with a spatula until smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Spoon the yogurt-peanut butter mixture into molds, filling each cavity almost to the top. Tap the molds on the counter to eliminate air bubbles.
  3. Place the filled molds in the freezer for about 2–3 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Remove the molds from the freezer and carefully pop out each bite; run warm water over the back if needed.
  5. Store bites in a labeled airtight bag or container, separated with parchment paper, and return to the freezer.
