Preparation Instructions
- Prepare a muffin tin with 12 paper cupcake liners and place one Oreo Thin at the bottom of each liner.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened fat-free cream cheese until smooth for about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt until well combined, approximately 2 minutes.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo Thins and thawed Cool Whip gently until distributed.
- Fill each cupcake liner three-quarters full with the creamy cheesecake mixture and top with additional crushed Oreo Thins if desired.
- Freeze the muffin tin for a minimum of 3 hours to set the bites.
