Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté ground beef, onion, and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spread half of the meat mixture into the greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat layer.
  7. Layer the remaining meat mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle sliced pepperoni and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
