  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Toppings
  • 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Kraft is recommended
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon parsley freshly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions thinly sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing and cutting the red potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Allow the seasoned potatoes to sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
  5. Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil and fold the foil tightly around them.
  6. Place the foil packet on the grill, cooking for 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Open the foil packet and sprinkle the cheese and bacon over the potatoes, then close and return to the grill for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove the packet, garnish with parsley and green onions, and serve immediately.
