Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, and cracked pepper in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillet skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour the honey garlic sauce over it. Season with salt and cracked pepper, then fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
  4. Bake the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes until it is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Open the foil packet and broil the salmon for an additional 2 to 3 minutes for a crispy finish.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lemon slices.
