Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Mash 2-3 overripe bananas in a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently.
  4. For streusel, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  5. Grease your loaf pan. Pour banana bread batter into the pan and smooth it out.
