Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in 2 cups of granulated sugar, 4 large eggs, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until glossy.
  3. Sift together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in another bowl. Combine with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  5. While brownies cool, rinse and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them in half and arrange on top once cooled.
  6. Combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 0.5 cup of heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in intervals until smooth.
  7. Pour the ganache over the arranged strawberries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  8. Lift the brownies from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
