  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut pockets into each boneless, skinless chicken breast and stuff with the filling.
