  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Adds essential chocolate flavor.
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips Consider extra dark chips for richer flavor.

Method
 

Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil or butter, 1/4 cup of your preferred non-dairy milk, and 1/3 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar. Mix until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of almond flour and 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder into the wet mixture. Stir until thick and fudgy for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and fold them into the batter until evenly distributed, about 30 seconds.
  4. Transfer the brownie batter to a serving bowl, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
