Preparation Steps

  3. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the chocolate coating by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave in 30-second increments.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into approximately 28 balls and place them on a lined tray.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off before placing on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate coated balls for 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
