- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

- While cookies cool, prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over cooled cookies and serve.
