  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Optional
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can be substituted with Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Any melting cheese can be mixed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Vegetable broth for vegetarian option
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced Pickles For cheeseburger lovers
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Can be swapped for sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chives are a nice alternative

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add seasonings to the skillet with the cooked beef and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and beef broth until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  6. Combine cooked cauliflower, seasoned beef, and cheese sauce in a bowl.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is lightly golden.
  9. Optional: Add diced pickles and tomatoes as toppings after baking.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
